Practice Details
- Physicians round on patients in Skilled Nursing, Acute Care, and Long Term Care Facilities
- Team approach coordinating with specialists and surgeons, Physical, Occupational & Speech Therapies, Case Management, and Psychology
- Clinical Triage manages calls from facilities 7 days a week, making on-call time painless (no overnight call)
- Providers utilize smart technology with integrated voice recognition to complete patient encounters quickly and directly into EHR
- Onboarding includes training in all relevant systems including Gehrimed and Point Click Care
Offer Details
- Guaranteed base salary
- Bonus incentives

- Monday through Friday with some flexibility in schedule and APP support
- Potential for leadership as a site Medical Director
