If you’re tired of being stuck in pre-suit work and want to handle depositions, motions, hearings, and jury trials, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Manage personal injury cases from filing through trial or resolution
Take and defend depositions
Argue motions and appear at hearings and mediations
Try cases in district and circuit court
Collaborate closely with experts, clients, and support staff
