Outpatient psychiatry opportunity with a growing behavioral health clinic in rural Eastern Oregon

Work alongside a team of 2 physicians and 2 nurse practitioners, plus licensed clinical social workers

Schedule consists of four 10-hour days per week

See an average of 12-16 patients per day

Team-based approach with 1:1 clinical support staff

Phone call shared among providers for established patients only

Full-time, permanent position

Utilizes EPIC electronic medical records system

Open to new graduates

Compensation of$385,000+ with RVU production bonuses and quality incentives up to $45,500

$30,000 commencement bonus

$8,000 annual allowance for CME, licensing, dues, and subscription, plus paid CME time
