An established, patient-focused healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join its team. Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Perform patient evaluations, determine PT diagnoses, and develop individualized plans of care
- Implement physical therapy interventions to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent long-term disability
- Modify treatment plans as needed to maximize therapeutic benefit and achieve functional goals
- Document patient progress and adjust care in alignment with evidence-based guidelines
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic patient care
Physical Therapist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
- Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (Preferred)
- Less than 1 year patient care experience (Preferred)
- Physical Therapy License – Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) (Required upon hire)
- CPR/BLS Certification – AHA/ARC/ASHI (Required within 30 days of hire)
