An established, patient-focused healthcare organization is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to positively impact patients’ lives in inpatient and/or outpatient settings, delivering care that maximizes mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.

Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

• Perform patient evaluations, determine PT diagnoses, and develop individualized plans of care
• Implement physical therapy interventions to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent long-term disability
• Modify treatment plans as needed to maximize therapeutic benefit and achieve functional goals
• Document patient progress and adjust care in alignment with evidence-based guidelines
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure holistic patient care

Physical Therapist Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy (Required)
• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (Preferred)
• Less than 1 year patient care experience (Preferred)
• Physical Therapy License – Virginia Department of Health Professions (VDHP) (Required upon hire)
• CPR/BLS Certification – AHA/ARC/ASHI (Required within 30 days of hire)
