This facility features a 40-bed Level III NICU that is launching a new NNP program. The hospital provides comprehensive neonatal care with state-of-the-art technology in a single-family room NICU model, offering an innovative and family-centered care environment.

Job Details:
• Help shape the future as part of a new NNP team being built from the ground up • Work alongside a collaborative team of Neonatologists in a Level III NICU • Utilize advanced technologies including HFOV, HFJV, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia • Benefit from on-site pediatric surgery and cardiology services • Enjoy 24/7 in-house Neonatologist support • Practice in a single-family room NICU model focused on family-centered care • No routine newborn nursery coverage required • Weekend shifts required • Must be Board Certified as an NNP (board eligible not accepted) • Must have current Virginia state license • Must have current APRN national specialty certification • Minimum of a master's degree required • Must have at least 6 months of clinical experience in neonatal specialty • Cannot have been clinically inactive for more than 1 year
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
