BC/BE Physiatrist in permanent role covering Northern Illinois (90 min from Chicago) or Northern Indiana (near South Bend); inpatient-focused with 20-bed acute rehab units, hospital and freestanding sub-acute programs; shared weekend call ≤1/month; join 5 physicians + 3 NPs; full comp & benefits. - Board Certified/Eligible Physiatrist
- Eligible for IL or IN medical license
- Experience in inpatient rehab preferred

Our well established physiatry practice is offering an opportunity for BC/BE physiatrist to join our private practice with multiple locations in the Midwest. Need two, one in northern Illinois 90 minutes from Chicago and one in northern Indiana near South Bend.
