Our job summary

Seasonal Food & Beverage Leadership Intern supervises and trains team members at assigned food and beverage locations, manages inventory, ensures compliance with food safety and health regulations, and delivers high-quality guest service in a fast-paced park environment. Responsibilities include daily readiness checks, training on policies and equipment, inventory management, food preparation, enforcing break policies, coaching staff, and promoting upsells. Position is seasonal (April–August), requires standing in all weather, flexible hours, and candidates aged 16+ (some locations 18+).
