A well-established community health organization in New Haven County is seeking a primary care physician to join their established team. This is a full time permanent position with FREE health insurance for individuals AND families, federal tort malpractice, CME, PTO and a profit sharing program after 1 year of employment!
Job Description:
Compensation : $180000 - $200000 Job ID : 25093
Job Function:
- Monday-Friday schedule 8am-4:30pm.
- Primary care population treating an adult population (have separate pediatric service line).
- Organization is an FQHC offering primary care, behavioral health and dental health services.
- Call schedule: 9 weeks out of the year (every 5-6 weeks) to carry pager during week and work for 4 hours on a Saturday for extra pay.
- Average of 18-20 patients scheduled per day, expect some no-shows.
- Approximately 1 RN for every 2 providers and support from medical assistants.
Job Requirements:
- Training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- License in the state of CT.
- Board Certification.
- Candidates graduating from residency in the next 12 months encouraged. to apply.
