Board-certified neonatologist position with predictable night role handling emergencies only. Locum neonatology role in New Mexico; nights only covering emergencies; avg daily census 35–40, ~30 babies managed at night; day team handles all treatments and notes; locum contract (short-term/open-ended) — contact for specifics. - NM medical license and DEA required - Board certification in Neonatology - Clean background and malpractice history - ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications required - Experience managing high-volume NICU (30+ patients)

Looking for a board-certified Neonatologist in New Mexico. The candidate must have an NM license and DEA. Must have clean background and malpractice. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are required. Neo managing approx. 30 babies at night but all the treatment and management are done during the day. The night NEO is just handling emergency deliveries and emergency issues that come up. Notes etc are all completed on day shift. They are looking at adding additional help at night but not for about 6 months. Avg daily census: 35-40.
