We are seeking a temporary employee to fill a vacancy in our Customer Support section. This role involves researching and updating customer accounts within a utility system.
Duties Include:

Research utility customer accounts

Update account information, including pledges and mailing addresses

Ensure accuracy and timely data entry

Provide general support to the Customer Support team
