We?re seeking a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a well-established, value-based healthcare organization providing comprehensive care to local Medicare populations. This is a modern, team-oriented environment focused on outcomes?not volume?so physicians can deliver a higher quality of care without the burnout of traditional fee-for-service models.
You?ll work at a single clinic supported by an integrated care team of medical assistants, care managers, and administrative staff?allowing you to spend more time building relationships and improving patient health outcomes.
Key ResponsibilitiesEvaluate, diagnose, and manage both acute and chronic conditions
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care
Develop and oversee individualized treatment and prevention plans
Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to meet quality goals
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Provide mentorship and support to the care team
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO)
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active, unrestricted state medical license (or ability to obtain)
Current DEA license
U.S. work authorization required
Strong commitment to preventive medicine and equitable patient care
