We are seeking a board-certified Cardiologist for a locum tenens assignment in Maryland beginning Mar 30, 2026. This opportunity spans 125 days and features a Monday through Friday schedule, 8a to 5p, with a mix of outpatient and inpatient duties and some night and weekend call coverage. The ideal candidate will have experience in non-invasive cardiology and be comfortable with both clinic and call responsibilities. Job Details Location: Maryland Start Date: Mar 30, 2026 LOA: 125 days Provider Type Needed: Cardiologist Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8a-5p; 3-4 weeks per month; 1:4 daytime call; 1:6 weeknight and weekend call; must be available at least 3 weeks per month Responsibilities and Duties Provide non-invasive cardiology care in both outpatient and inpatient settings Conduct patient evaluations, diagnostic testing, and treatment planning Participate in daytime, night, and weekend call rotations as scheduled Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient care Additional Information Must be board certified in Cardiology Maryland medical license required Experience with non-invasive cardiology preferred Proficiency with Cerner EMR Benefits Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
