Highlights- Base Salary: $665,000 (guaranteed 23 years)
- RVU Bonus: $93.36 per RVU after 7,000
- Sign-On Bonus: $75,000
- Relocation: $10,000
- Training Stipend: $1,000/month
- PTO: 4 weeks + CME week ($4,500 + $1,000)
- Retirement: 403(b) + 457
Schedule & Practice Structure- Flexible 45 day workweek
- Patients per day is based on your preference
- Outpatient-focused with inpatient consults
- APPs take 1st call
- 13 exam rooms 15 infusion chairs
Program Growth- Existing high-volume practicelead oncologist earns $1M+ annually
