Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a travel RN for an Antepartum unit night shift position in Texas requiring at least one year of recent specialty experience and an active TX or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Position is in the Antepartum unit of a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Patient population consists of antepartum obstetric patients
- 13 week travel contract assignment
- Responsibilities include caring for high-risk obstetric patients during the antepartum period
- Must submit copies of all certifications and state board of nursing license verification
- Professional references and completed skills checklist required for job consideration
- This travel position does not consider candidates with Canadian SSNs
Requirements
- Active TX or compact state RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in antepartum or labor & delivery nursing
- Current AHA or ARC certifications (BLS, ACLS, or others as required), with no certification expiring within the first 30 days of assignment
- Must provide US Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
- No work history gaps of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
