- Description: Summary: Sierra Nevada DHMF is looking for a Diagnostic Radiology with Mammography biopsy privileges! Must maintain qualifications throughout the entire assignment which includes MQSA Standards for 960 mammography studies interpreted every 24 months. Rates for Submission:Malpractice Must be included in rates. Orientation 237.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours Hourly 475 - Per hour not OT Holiday 712.50 - Must be 1.5x the hourly rate. Per holiday hour no OT Schedule/Availability Requirements:Start: January start to work one week every other month. for up to 6-9 months The week will be determined by what the other physician is not working. Schedule amp Shift time: Monday-Friday 8a-4p Any call? But if there is anything they don t feel comfortable reading they do have the option to send to MRG which is our Teleradiology group. For the Radiologist in building 4We mainly need them for mammography and breast biopsies. If they are able to read PET that would be great appreciated in addition to any other studies CT MRI X-ray US etc
