Position Details- Outpatient Rural Health Clinic and Tier 4 Patient-Centered Medical Home
- Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week
- Call: 1:3 (currently shared with 4 physicians)
- Patient volume: Average patients per day
- Scribe support provided for providers averaging 15+ patients per day- On-site behavioral health and laboratory services
- Full-time, permanent position
- Epic EMR
- 1:1 medical support staff
