Clinical Information:

• State-of-the-art free-standing emergency department
• 12-bed private exam rooms, with designated trauma room
• Annual emergency department volume of 11,000
• Physician Daily Coverage: 24 hours
• Patients Per Hour: 1.3
• Diagnostic imaging on-site including x-rays and CT scans, with and without contrast
• Ultrasound on call 24/7 with a 30 minute response time
• Laboratory services on-site

Required:

• DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
• Board Requirements:
  • BC/BE EM (ABEM/AOBEM)
  • BC FP/IM with 6000 hours ER experience and FT Emergency Room work in the 3 years preceding application
• ACLS, PALS
• Active FL License
• Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local
