As a Project Manager, you’ll work closely with internal teams and external customers to bring complex manufacturing projects to life. Each project offers a unique blend of technical and commercial responsibilities—from design and cost proposals to overseeing production and installation. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The right candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting. You are proactive, creative, and able to balance technical understanding with strong customer service and communication skills.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of project life cycles, from concept through completion
- Collaborate with customers, engineering, and production teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Develop and present project cost estimates and proposals
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Support sales efforts and promote company products and service
- Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the project
Requirements for Project Manager:
- Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred
- 2–3 years of experience in a custom manufacturing or related environment preferred
- Background in process piping or similar technical project management a plus
- Experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or industrial manufacturing environments preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required
- Experience with AutoCAD or Inventor preferred
