Providers on site: 18 CRNAs + MDs
ORs: 9 Endo Rooms: 2 CV Room: 1 Cath Lab: 1 IR Room: 1
EMR: Cerner
Support: MDs onsite little to no direct supervision
Board Certification: NBCRNA (Board Eligible not accepted)
License: IMLC required; IN RN license needed after 6 months for full privileges
DEA & IN CSR required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS (AHA)
Preferred: TEE/Heart experience
