About the Clinician's WorkdayThis role is for a Colorado-licensed PA or NP (PMHNP/FNP, with dual certification or primary care experience preferred) providing direct care to adults, youth, and children experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. Responsibilities include conducting intakes and assessments, managing basic primary care needs and medications, and collaborating closely with behavioral health clinicians, care coordinators, and peer support specialists.
Additional Job Details- Case Load/PPD: ~12 PPD
- Support Staff: PAs, MDs, NPs, and Medical Assistnats
- Patient Population: All Ages
- Location Type: On-Site

- Cases Treated: depression, axniety, bipolar, PTSD, Substance Use Disorder, Chronic Pain, COPD, Infectious Diseases
