Critical Care Medicine Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Nights 12 Pay Rate: $218.25 - $236.25

This facility is seeking aCritical Care Medicine Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, possible weekend coverage as needed
• Setting: Level 1 Trauma Center
• Procedures: central Line, dialysis catheter, intubation
• Credentialing timeframe: 31 to 60 days
• Electronic Medical Records EMR : Cerner
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLS
• Arizona State Medical License
• Board Certification or Board Eligible
• Critical Care Fellowship required
