Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient clinic in Williamsburg, VA. The ideal candidate will be patient-focused, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Document evaluations, treatments, and outcomes accurately in EMR
• Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and clinic standards

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
• Active or eligible Virginia PT license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Outpatient experience preferred (new grads encouraged to apply)
