AMN Healthcare is representing a physician-led, not-for-profit health system in New York’s Southern Tier seeking a board-eligible/board-certified otolaryngologist to join a collegial team. Build a comprehensive ENT practice with 2–3 clinic days and 1–2 full operating room block days weekly, supported by audiology, advanced practice providers, and a dedicated scheduler. Call is 1:5 in a week-on rotation and additionally compensated, with access to a Level II Trauma environment and optional academic involvement with SUNY Upstate. Epic is used system-wide, and Dragon Ambient eXperience (DAX) supports documentation efficiency. ?

Opportunity Highlights Competitive base salary $700,000–$950,000, with work relative value unit (wRVU) incentives after threshold; salary review at year 2 (or year 3 if visa-sponsored). Additional incentives: retention bonuses ($25K–$100K), loan repayment up to $75K, and relocation assistance $2,500–$10,000. Schedule designed for balance: typically 2–3 clinic days + 1–2 full OR block days per week; flexibility for a four-day workweek. Shared ENT call 1:5 (week at a time); call volume is manageable and separately compensated. Integrated support: audiology owned by the group; 3.0 APPs, RN/LPN, MOAs, and a dedicated OR scheduler. Facilities & tech: surgeries at the main medical center, ambulatory surgery center, and in-clinic; Epic EMR and DAX for ambient scribing. Teaching optional: residents/medical students from SUNY Upstate may rotate. Candidate parameters: BE/BC in otolaryngology; J-1/H-1 eligible; New York license or ability to obtain.
