HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking talented, passionate CRNAs to join the established team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in beautiful coastal, Port Charlotte, FL. Opportunity Highlights/Qualified Candidates :

• Staffing model of 4 General Anesthesiologists, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologists and 15 CRNAs covering 10 ORs plus Cath Lab, IR and Endo. Average surgical volume 8000 cases annually.
• Diverse mix of cases including Cardiac, Ortho, General Surgery, Endo, Neuro, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, etc. No Peds. No OB. No Trauma.
• CRNAs practice top of license with autonomy. Able to perform blocks, do own lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency.
• Current schedule 4, 10s plus beeper call for additional comp. 1X week/late case finishes. 1, 48-hour weekend beeper shift every 1.5 months. If called in, true emergent cases. Always a physician on site.

Incentive/Benefits Package:

• Outstanding compensation package includes tiered base salary. Additional $40K Geographic stipend. $15K stipend if cardiac proficient.
• Start Date Bonus up to $75K and relocation assistance available.
• 8 weeks of Time Away From Practice with no waiting period
• Premium pay rate if clinician works past scheduled shift. Premium rate also applies if clinician opts to pick-up extra shifts.
