Primary Care - 40 Minutes From Port St. Lucie, FL

• Outpatient Primary care Family Medicine or Internal Medicine accepted
• Joining a 46 doctor group- 9 medical sites, (family practice/primary care and pediatrics) 12 Physicians 12 APRN, additionally Dentists and psychiatrist on staff
• NHSC loan repayment site - Federally qualified health center setting
• Monday - Friday schedule currently, possibility of rotating Saturdays in future
• Telephone call only - shared evenly (1 week, every 6- 7 weeks)
• Expect to see 18-24 patients per day
• Community health center setting that focuses on the patient and quality of care
• Integrated care model including Family practice, GYN, Pediatrics, Behavioral Health and Dental.
• Located just 90 minutes North of West Palm Beach and just south of Melbourne, FL
