THE OPPORTUNITY
Minneapolis needs a plastic surgeon who wants private practice autonomy backed by national infrastructure. This isn't a hospital-employed position with call obligations and committee meetings - it's production-based compensation with the support to maximize it.
The practice competes with hospital systems for reconstructive referrals while building cosmetic volume. Minneapolis is a sophisticated market; patients expect excellence. The group delivers infrastructure, marketing support, and operational efficiency that lets surgeons focus on surgery.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• $675K Year 1 guaranteed (base + sign-on)
• 45% of collections, uncapped

THE ROLE
• Reconstructive surgery (Mohs closures, skin cancer)
• Cosmetic procedures as desired
• Collaboration with dermatology colleagues

• True schedule control
REQUIREMENTS
• MD/DO, Board Certified in Plastic Surgery
• Fellowship training preferred
• Minnesota license or ability to obtain
• Interest in both reconstructive and cosmetic
