Details :

• Setting: Level III Trauma Center in Frankfort, KY
• Description:
  • 29-32K Annual Volume
  • 28 ED beds, 1 Trauma Bay, 5 Fast Track Beds
  • ED patients per hour: 2.75-3.25
  • About 30 hours of physician coverage and 30 hours of APP coverage daily
• Schedule: 12 hour shifts or less may be considered (6a-4p, 1p-11p, 8p-7a); needing coverage for about 10-13 shifts per month
• Credential within 90 days (must be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated Freestanding ERs)

Required :

• Must be board certified in ABEM or AOBEM
• Active KY license
• Active and unrestricted DEA
• Minimum 1-2 full years of EM experience post-residency
