Position Summary

Radiant Global Logistics, Inc. is seeking a results-driven IT Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of key technology initiatives that support our global logistics operations. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle – from initiation through execution and closeout – ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in IT systems and project management methodologies, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership: Plan, execute, and deliver complex IT projects, including defining scope, timelines, budgets, and success metrics.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation strategies and escalate when necessary.
  • Roadmap & Dependency Management: Partner with technical teams and product owners to assess dependencies, prioritize initiatives, and align projects with broader IT roadmaps.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress using KPIs and project management tools; report status, milestones, and outcomes to leadership.
  • Meeting Facilitation: Lead project meetings, remove blockers, and drive decision-making to maintain momentum and accountability.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes, tools, and best practices within the IT PMO.


Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing IT projects, preferably involving systems implementations or software development.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex projects successfully.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • PMP, PMI, or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain environments.
  • Background working in fast-paced, highly collaborative organizations.

Work Schedule

  • Full time schedule of minimum 8 hours per day with flexibility to complete all required job duties and responsibilities. 

Physical Requirements

  • Regular physical demands: Walk; sit; use hands to handle or feel; use fingers for keyboarding; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.

Work Environment

  • Climate-controlled office environment.
  • Moderate noise level typical of an office setting.


Compensation & Benefits

Salary Range: $85,000 - $110,000 Annual Salary Range

Starting pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, skills, and job-related knowledge. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
