Nurse Healthcare Recruiter / Hybrid / Manhattan, NY
Healthcare Recruiter Overview:
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- 8:30am – 5:30pm
- Hybrid: 3 days in person (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), 2 days remote

Healthcare Recruiter Job Duties:
- Perform full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Recruit for health care candidates by developing networks of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Create and maintain lists of potential targets for particular openings.
- Work with credentialing team to make sure candidates have all necessary and up to date licenses.
Healthcare Recruiter Qualifications:
- Minimum (1) year recruiting experience in healthcare roles.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Previous staffing experience in hospitals preferred.
Healthcare Recruiter Compensation:
- $45,000 - $55,000 annual salary range (depending on experience) + commission structure
