The practice is known for its patient-centered approach, with a strong emphasis on wellness and preventative care.
Position Overview:
- 100% outpatient with no hospital responsibilities
- Monday-Friday schedule with light phone call rotation (1:10)
- Collegial group focused on long-term patient relationships and quality care
- Supportive administrative and clinical staff
- EMR Epic
Compensation & Benefits:
- Market-based salary with productivity bonus starting year one
- A higher base salary is considered for experienced physicians
- Full benefits package including health, malpractice, 401(k), and CME with PTO
- RVU 40%-47% sliding scale for every $100k billed up to 1.4 million
