- Patient Load: Approximately 6-24 patients per shift, with 6000 births a year in a very busy practice.
- Shift Details: Night shifts from , roughly 5 shifts per month. OB Hospitalist shifts are in-house coverage.
- Practice Composition:
- 3 employed OB Hospitalists
- 19 community OB/GYNs
- Two MFM groups: One group of 4 performs deliveries and one group performs consults only.
- 17 CNM who deliver in both the alongside Midwifery Center and in L&D based on the patients plan of care.
