Locum Tenens General Medicine/Traumatic Brain Injury Physician Needed in Iowa Are you a skilled Physician with expertise in Traumatic Brain Injury and General Medicine? a Maximus company, is seeking dedicated providers to perform a combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams for our nation's Veterans. Location: Located near Rock Valley, IA. Requirements: Proficient in METs testing and evaluating respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological conditions Must be willing to perform both General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams Own a laptop (no Mac/Apple products) Must follow rate structure and meet rate requirements Must be willing to wear a mask during all visits Previous compensation and pension evaluation experience (Highly Preferred) Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 0-3 years of residency Active and unrestricted full license Certification Requirements: Board Certified Job Description: Combination of General Medicine and Traumatic Brain Injury exams Exams primarily interview-based with some physical assessment Range of motion testing, muscle strength testing, and evaluating traumatic brain injury No prescribing, no treatment DMA certification available (CME credits can be obtained) Use of Goniometer required Familiarity with Musculoskeletal, Diabetes, and Cardio required Reporting/DBQs must be submitted within 48 hours upon exam completion If you are interested in this rewarding opportunity, please contact MD Staff at or email us at .
