Description

This outpatient primary care clinic is seeking coverage due to the departure of three providers, with the new provider not starting until September. Immediate clinic coverage is needed to assist in patient care until the arrival of new providers.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 40-hour work week
• Four 8-hour days, One 4-hour day

Call Expectations: None

Patient Load:

• 18-20 patients per day
• Wide range of adult patients aged 18 and up, presenting with various comorbidities such as diabetes, hypertension, congestive heart failure, and other medical conditions and injuries.

Support Staff:

• One nurse
• Two front desk staff
• In the process of hiring a Medical Assistant (MA)

Appointment Types:

• Chronic and acute follow-ups
• Physical examinations
• Transitional care visits
• Pre-operative evaluations

Appointment durations vary between 15, 30, and occasional 45-minute sessions, depending on the nature of the visit.

Physicians and Advanced Practitioners

• Telehealth Experience: Not Required
