We are seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician for a mixed office and hospital-based practice in coastal Santa Cruz. As the only practice in the area treating General Rehabilitation patients, you will play a vital role in our patient-centered organization.

Dedicated MA support and mentorship from established group members. Mixed Practice:
Manage a 20-bed,
CARF-certified
Acute Rehabilitation Unit and a bustling consult service. Teaching:
Opportunities to precept advanced practice providers and future residents. Balanced Schedule:
1:5 hospital call rotation; minimum one week of inpatient service per month.
Compensation and Benefits 12 Month Salary Guarantee:
$325,000 + productivity incentives Support:
Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and CME allowance. Benefits:
