Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 0.9 FTE position. Shifts will primarily be scheduled 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday at various UW Health locations in the Madison Area Holiday and On Call Shifts are required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
Pay: A competitive starting pay based on relevant work experience. This position also includes an evening differential. You may be eligible for a $4,500 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).

We are seeking an Ultrasonographer to:
- Perform a wide variety of routine and complex ultrasound procedures, including pelvic, abdominal, small parts and routine vascular examinations and may perform more complex imaging.
- Perform clinical examinations on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups.
- Work at a variety of locations, including a Level 1 Trauma Center, critical care facility and several clinics in the Madison area.
- Graduate of accredited ultrasonography program and/or registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS) Required
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred
- Previous healthcare experience Required
- 2 years of clinical experience Preferred
- Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (RDMS) in a minimum of two concentrations: Abdomen, Ob/Gyn, Breast or Pediatric Sonography or Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) Upon Hire Required
- RVT credential, if not already acquired, or Minimum Qualifications Substitute (MQS) if in OBGYN department within 30 months Required
- CPR certification within 3 months Required
- Registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers in a minimum of two concentrations listed above and RVT Preferred
