Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Daylight Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Daylight Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting plant operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Daylight Maintenance Technician

Location: New Castle, PA

Pay Range: DOE

Shift: Monday thru Friday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m.

What's the Job?

  • Work safely and support safety culture and programs.
  • Perform advanced equipment maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on plant systems.
  • Fabricate, assemble parts, and install machinery and plumbing fixtures.
  • Order parts and materials, maintain accurate work records, and support lean manufacturing initiatives.
  • Train personnel in safe equipment use and support continuous improvement efforts.

What's Needed?

  • At least 2 years of experience in an industrial maintenance setting.
  • Ability to understand written and oral instructions and communicate effectively.
  • Possession of a forklift operator license or the ability to obtain one with training.
  • Familiarity with equipment, operations, and processes at AMG – TAC, LLC.
  • Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
