Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Operating Room position requiring a WA or compact RN license and Epic proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Operating Room of a hospital setting
• Mixed shifts of 8, 10, and 12 hours, with days, evenings, and nights based on unit needs
• On-call required up to one weekend per month and up to one weekday (3-5 call shifts per month)
• Will float within scope to pre- and post-op areas as needed
• Patient population includes surgical cases within perioperative care
• Daily duties include circulating and assisting in surgical procedures within the OR
• Must be willing to float between pre-op and post-op within scope of practice
• No local candidates accepted
• No RTO (time off) restrictions
• Weekend and block schedule requirements will be determined by the unit
• Must provide proof of vaccination status as requested

Requirements

• Active WA or compact RN license; pending license accepted
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• At least 1 year of recent Epic experience required
• Previous travel experience preferred, but first-time travelers accepted
