Occupational Therapist Qualifications

• Active New York State Occupational Therapist (OT) license required

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Develop and implement occupational therapy treatment plans based on physician prescriptions or referrals

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to support comprehensive patient care planning
• Perform related duties to advance patient outcomes and facility goals in a clinical environment
