Lead a medication safety program at a major healthcare system with residency or BCPS support. Coordinator, Medication Safety & Quality; full-time clinical role in hospital pharmacy; on-site at Memorial Healthcare System (Florida); ongoing/permanent position. - PGY2 residency OR PGY1+2 years clinical hospital pharmacy experience
- OR Board certified in relevant specialty + 2 years as clinical specialist
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and independent judgment
Full description
Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, effective communication skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Entails collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to achieve departmental and organizational goals. Required Work Experience: PGY2 residency or PGY1 residency/fellowship plus two (2) years as a clinical pharmacist in a hospital pharmacy setting. Alternatively, board certified in applicable field plus two (2) years as a clinical specialist. Other Information: Additional Education Info: Residency trained or Board certified in an applicable field.
