Our job summary

The Senior ITIL Knowledge Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining ITIL-based knowledge management processes aligned with ITIL4 best practices, primarily supporting a DOD customer. The role requires managing knowledge articles within ServiceNow, conducting audits for compliance, collaborating with operations and engineering teams, and training staff on knowledge management practices. A TS/SCI with Poly clearance and extensive experience in ITIL and IT service management workflows are mandatory for this position.
