Our job summary

This opportunity is for a Urologist joining a thriving urology practice in southeastern Washington, offering either a partnership track or hospital-employed position. The practice features a robotics team with over 10 years of experience, utilizing DaVinci robotic systems and managing 20-25 patients per day on a four-day schedule. Compensation includes a negotiable base salary with income guarantees, transitioning to production pay after two years, along with comprehensive benefits and relocation incentives.

Thriving Urology practice available for individual seeking partnership track arrangement or hospital employed option. Robotics team in place with over 10 years of experience.

Income guarantee or base salary negotiable. Salary range is $500,000 to $600,000.

Patients per day: 20-25
General schedule: 4 days per week

Compensation transitions to a base salary plus production pay model after two years
Benefits include but not limited to paid time off of about 6 weeks per year, maternity leave, various license, certification and dues fees, medical coverage, long and short-term disability insurance, retirement plan, and tail insurance
