Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner for a 6+ month locum assignment at an outpatient clinic in New York. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages in a well-supported clinical setting.
Assignment Details:
- Location: New York
- Duration: 6+ months
- Schedule: Monday Friday, no weekends, holidays, or hospital coverage
- Patient Volume: patients per day
- Setting: Outpatient clinic connected to a hospital
- Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients across the lifespan (newborn to geriatric)
- Manage both sick visits and scheduled primary care appointments
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality patient care
Requirements:
- Licensure: Active New York PA/NP license or willingness to obtain one
- Certifications: BLS required
- Experience: Family Medicine experience preferred, must be comfortable treating all ages
