The Urology Physician is responsible for providing patient care through scheduled clinics and hospital-based surgeries, managing 12-20 patients daily. The role includes performing 6-7 surgeries weekly in hospital settings and additional office-based surgeries, supported by a medical team and utilizing EPIC EMR system. The physician works Monday through Friday with on-call duties and collaborates with nursing and medical assistant staff to ensure comprehensive urological care.
