A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care. Requirements: • Prior travel required • Must have large, teaching facility experience • A minimum of 2 years of unit experience is required • AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and NIHSS; NIHSS is required prior to start • Epic experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable • Monday to Sunday • No block schedules for any reason • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submit Disclaimers: • Public Transportation is NOT accessible in this area, please ensure you have reliable transportation, personal vehicle or rental vehicle are strongly recommended • Vehicles should be equipped with all season or snow tires during the months of November – April
