Seeking Internal Medicine Physician to join our team in southwest Iowa. We offer comprehensive services in primary care, inpatient, outpatient observation, skilled care, specialty care, and rural health clinics. 2 Physician Partners 70% Inpatient / 30% Outpatient Inpatient census is 1-4 patients on the floor-rounding in the morning / Outpatient: 6-10 patients in the afternoon for chronic care management Schedule: Monday-Friday 7a-4p; 1 day per week extended hours and shift rotated / Option for: 4 day work week / 10hr shifts or 5 day work week / 8hr shifts EMR = EPIC Compensation & Benefits: Salary based on Internal Med MGMA and years of experience Sign-On Bonus and Quality Bonus Relocation Assistance Loan Assistance Iowa Public Employees Retirement System, a defined pension plan with employee and employer contribution / Vested after 7 years The Community: Friendly Community: Known for its welcoming and close-knit community, where neighbors quickly become friends.
