- Clinic day = 20 scheduled patients per day
- Clinic has procedure room
- 2-3days in OR or ASC
- Average 100-120 procedures per month
- Typical GI procedures: EGD, PEG placement, colonoscopy, flex sig,
- Some ERCP volume available
- 7 days of call per month
- Each physician takes one week of call at a time
- Typical Weekend call- 0-3 consults/procedures per call day
- Weekday call 24 hours, starts at 8 am
- EMR is Cerner
