Job Details:
• Locums-to-Perm position - must be interested in transitioning to full-time permanent employment • Provide comprehensive urgent care services to patients of all ages (6 months and up) • Manage approximately 20-30 patient encounters per shift as the sole provider in the center • Perform various procedures including I&D, laceration repair, ear irrigation, and other minor procedures • Proficiency with EPIC EMR system required - must use EMR for all patient visits • Complete EMR training and onboarding prior to first solo shift • Must have strong interpersonal skills for effective interaction with support staff and patients • Minimum 12 months of relevant urgent care experience required • Board Certification required (MD/DO, NCCPA for PAs, or NP Boards) • BLS certification required • No call requirements • Supervising physician provided for locum APPs (offsite supervision) • May be asked to support locations within a 65-mile radius of home residence • Clinical interview required as part of the hiring process
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
Estimated Annual Salary: $125000 - $150000
