Medical Director Inpatient Rehab PM&R Faculty OpportunityLocation: Near Elmwood, TN Schedule: Full-Time Day Shifts Rotating Weekends Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician to serve as Medical Director of a 20-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility and contribute as faculty within our ACGME-accredited PM&R residency program near Elmwood, TN. This is a unique opportunity to combine clinical leadership and academic involvement in a dynamic, collegial environment with access to state-of-the-art rehabilitation resources across multiple practice sites. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a 20-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility. Provide consultative support within the hospital setting. Ensure compliance with CMS rehab regulations, CARF, and Joint Commission standards. Engage as a faculty member in the ACGME-accredited PM&R residency program. Participate in a weekend coverage rotation for inpatient rehab facilities approximately every six weeks, with additional weekend coverage opportunities available. Candidate Qualifications: Board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation. A strong interest in both medical directorship and educational roles within the residency program.
