The opportunity is for a traditional Family Medicine physician to join a very active practice. The practice consists of three physicians, as well as two nurse practitioners, and one physician assistant. Currently, the group has two offices located in Cynthiana and Falmouth, KY.
Salary is very competitive with a buy-in option in the second year. A few of the benefits include three weeks vacation, one week CME, and reimbursement for relocation expenses. Call coverage would be one in four. Candidates must be board certified or board eligible. Your office would be located on the hospital campus.

The City of Cynthiana is located along the banks of the South Fork of the Licking River in the golden triangle : 28 miles Northeast of Lexington, 90 miles from Louisville, and 60 miles South of Cincinnati.
