What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, responding to situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the assigned location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Monitor for unusual activity or security-related concerns, and report observations in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following established procedures and collaborating with law enforcement and/or emergency personnel when required.
• Maintain a visible presence at the location to help to deter disruptive behavior and promote order.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner, following Allied Universal guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• At least 6 months of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
